Trick or Treat Camp Wannastamp Project!

When I had a downline meeting at my house several weeks ago, we all brought Halloween projects to share. Elizabeth Hurst supplied this project for us, which I changed up a little bit to make it more my own. Thank you, Elizabeth, for such an adorable idea!
